In this course Christine teaches the benefits of physical movement and offers a variety of relaxation techniques.
At the start of every module is an introduction describing the learning outcomes and what you will need to have ready before you begin. Each module is broken up into subsections headed:  Understanding, Take Away, Putting It Into Practise and the all important Me Time. 
The amount of time required to complete the modules is entirely flexible.  

Have fun, feel uplifted, inspired and challenged.
